Cyclospora cayetanensis is not considered with the GI pathogens.

Airborne acquisition of Cryptosporidium parvum needs to be considered for respiratory infection. It is mentioned for GI illness but not for respiratory illness. There are references for respiratory infection in the immunocompromised and the possibility of lab acquired respiratory infection should be mentioned.

Insectories need to be covered in more detail as a risk of infection. Appendix E covers it somewhat but insufficiently to consider lab acquired infections.
