The International Educational Institutes on Conducting Responsible Science have made a concerted effort to reach a wide array of scientists and educators living in countries in North Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. More recently, the Institute staff have worked to involve participants from countries that have already attended Institutes or activities in order to deepen and broaden the network of scientists trained in responsible conduct of research and dual-use research.
